Alton Smith has joined Sundyne as regional gross sales manager for North and Latin America, specializing in the chemical and industrial (C&I) markets.

In his new function, Smith will strengthen buyer facing initiatives and work with Sundyne’s inner groups to increase throughout the C&I area.
Smith comes to Sundyne with greater than 30 years of expertise in selling highly engineered tools and service options to the downstream and midstream sectors. He has labored extensively with EPCs, OEMs and finish customers in the renewable power, oil & fuel, petrochemical, chemical and energy technology markets.
Prior to Sundyne, Smith served as vice president of sales for Fluid Sealing International, where he developed strategies to strengthen & develop distributor gross sales, whereas also overseeing coaching and applications help.
