Trillium to acquire Termomeccanica Pompe

Trillium Flow Technologies is buying Termomeccanica Pompe SpA, the Italian engineered pump manufacturing firm that serves the ability, desalination, water transmission and oil and fuel markets.
The two corporations have signed a joint settlement that can convey the Termomeccanica Pompe, Gabbioneta Pumps and Begemann manufacturers collectively under the Trillium umbrella in Italy.
