Acquisition will add to Dover’s single-use component providing

Dover has entered right into a definitive agreement to accumulate Malema Engineering Corp, a US designer and producer of high-precision, mission-critical flow-measurement and control devices for the biopharmaceutical, semiconductor and industrial sectors.

Malema’s merchandise will expand Dover’s biopharma single-use manufacturing providing, which already contains Quattroflow pumps, CPC connectors, and em-tec flowmeters.
