Hayward Tyler Inc and its sister firm Energy Steel have been awarded multi-million dollar contracts to support the ITER venture in France.

Hayward Tyler’s contract covers variable drive booster pumps whereas Energy Steel will supply 62 solenoid valve and cubicle packages.
The ITER challenge is a joint worldwide analysis and growth venture to reveal the scientific and technical feasibility of fusion energy. The demonstration facility is underneath construction in St-Paul-lez-Durance in France, and will be the largest fusion experimental reactor on the earth.
