US industrial distributor and service provider OTC Industrial Technologies has acquired ePumps, a Tulsa, Oklahoma-headquartered provider of pumps, mechanical seals, vacuum methods and compressors.

ePumps is also a full-service provider of all types of rotating tools, with in-house and area service capabilities. The firm has three locations serving Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle space and a team of 28 employees.
The acquired enterprise will function beneath OTC’s Pump Motor Technology (PMT) Group.
Chip Toth, OTC PMT Group president, mentioned: “The acquisition of ePumps expands OTC/PMT with extra territory protection, high product lines and adding additional service capabilities to this space. เกจวัดแรงดันsumo are very eager to deliver them into the OTC portfolio.”

OTC Industrial Technologies, which is headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, now has almost 65 areas throughout the United States, and more than 40 service outlets. ePumps expands OTC’s workforce to greater than 1600 staff.
