Following Sulzer’s choice to exit the Russian market and close its Polish businesses, the corporate has determined to put in writing off most of its assets within the two international locations.

Sulzer expects a one-time impact of CHF125 million–CHF135 million at current overseas trade charges. CHF125m shall be recognized within the first half of 2022.
The one-time asset write-offs could have no significant impression on Sulzer’s operational results.
