The 30 deepwell gas pumps might be delivered between August 2022 and January 2024.
This is one of Svanehøj’s largest LNG fuel-related orders thus far. It can be the second LNG gasoline pump systems order that Jiangsu New Yangzi Shipbuilding has positioned with Svanehøj within the final yr. In July 2021, Svanehøj signed a contract to provide deepwell pumps for 10 dual-fuel LNG container vessels (15 000 TEU).
Svanehøj quadrupled เพรสเชอร์เกจคือ of its patented deepwell gasoline pumps in 2021, and says there are numerous indications that gross sales may enhance even further in 2022.
“Until a few years ago, using LNG as a marine gasoline was limited to LNG carriers and smaller ships. But we are now seeing a sharp increase in gasoline pump orders for deep sea vessels similar to container ships and automobile carriers,” stated Johnny Houmann, chief gross sales officer at Svanehøj. “We had been chosen because the provider of gas pump techniques for over 50% of the dual-fuel LNG container vessels ordered globally in 2020–21. And we aim to increase our market share further in the coming years.”
